This project is designed to meet Energy Star standards and efficiency, reducing environmental impact while offering cost savings for residents. The first floor is constructed with a steel podium and concrete deck designed to support four additional floors of wood-framed construction. The façade includes multiple finishes, including brick, cast stone, metal, and cement panels, blending traditional design with a modern edge.
