This new ground-up Senior Living Facility located in Bucks County, PA is approximately 162,000 Square feet  and start date was March 2nd of 2020 just two weeks prior to the COVID 19 massive shutdown and was completed 15 in months, on time and within budget.

The project began with site preparation, including clearing trees and grading the land. To ensure a stable foundation, we utilized geo-piers—a ground improvement technique that strengthens soil by installing columns of highly compacted stone, enhancing load-bearing capacity and stability.

For the concrete work, we implemented Helix Micro Rebar, a cutting-edge, screw-shaped reinforcement that mixes directly into concrete. This technology improves strength, durability, and flexibility compared to traditional rebar while also reducing construction time and costs. Project framing on the IL, we utilized prefabricated wall panels and for the Assisted Living & Memory care portion of the building, we utilized noncombustible CFMF.This innovative reinforcing design method along with the use of the latest in GPS excavating equipment and BIM coordination allowed us to complete all the foundation work in record speed.
