Heck Avenue Supportive Housing is a proposed three-story residential development in Neptune Township, New Jersey, providing 70 new apartments for families. The design thoughtfully reinforces the existing neighborhood character, featuring first-floor residences with front porches that activate and engage the streets along the north and south property lines. The wood-framed building’s distinctive “H”-shaped configuration creates two open courtyards, optimizing natural light and livability for one-, two-, and three-bedroom units while maintaining a residential scale that complements the surrounding community.
Construction Gallery
Construction at Heck Avenue is now underway, beginning with the demolition of the existing apartment buildings. Due to the presence of asbestos and other hazardous materials, C & C Construction implemented comprehensive safety protocols to ensure the structures were removed safely, protecting both workers and the surrounding community from exposure.
With building footings completed ahead of the winter season, C & C Construction is currently progressing with the framing of the new residential units.
