Glendenning Homes Redevelopment

Glendenning is an affordable housing redevelopment project located in Rahway, New Jersey. The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing residential buildings and the construction of new, modern homes that will serve the local community. The project broke ground in December 2025 and is currently underway, with demolition of the existing structures in progress.
