Lutheran PACE

Welcome to the construction of the Lutheran Senior Life Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly—better known as the Lutheran PACE facility, located in Plainfield, New Jersey.

This new center provides local seniors with a safe and supportive environment where they can receive daily medical attention, social interaction, and personalized care—all under one roof.

C & C Construction Management began with the bare structure of an existing medical building and transformed it into a warm, functional, and inviting space. The renovation included a welcoming reception and waiting area, updated medical exam rooms, modern office spaces, and a spacious community area complete with a full-service kitchen where residents can gather and share meals.

Throughout the project, C & C Construction Management ensured every aspect of the facility met the highest safety standards and healthcare codes—delivering a completed building on time and within budget.

The result is a thoughtfully designed facility that truly supports the mission of Lutheran Senior Life: to help seniors live independently while receiving the comprehensive care they deserve.
