Vince Celenza

President & CEO

Vincent Celenza has worked in the construction industry for more than 35 years. He earned his Associates Degree in Architecture and completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in construction engineering from Spring Garden College. He then spent eight years working for Bachman Construction as an estimator and Project Manager working on new Nursing Home projects for Geriatric and Medical Centers with prominent architects in the industry such as Wolfgang Rapp and Associates and the Klett Organization. Vincent’s passion and knowledge for this industry inspired him to establish C & C Construction Management, Inc., which has grown into a company that is a leader in the senior living market.

Gina Tracy

Chief Financial Officer

Gina has been working in the industry since 1987 and has contributed to the success of C & C since our inception. Her experience in preparing documentation for HUD, HMFA, and NJCRA play a vital role in the financial and accounting departments.

Frank Stoltz

Frank Stoltz

Director of Project Development

Frank Stoltz has been working in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He began his career working as a carpenter and then foreman while completing his Structural Design and Constructional Engineering degree at Penn State University. After completing his degree, Frank worked as a project manager and estimator throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. He is passionate about sustainable construction and energy efficiency. Frank is a LEED AP specializing in Building Design and Construction as well as a Passive House Consultant.

Estimator

Megan Myers began her career as an estimating assistant in the construction industry in 1999 before coming to C&C in 2004. She completed her degree at the Construction Estimating Institute in 2009 and is now a senior estimator helping to build effective relationships with team members, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. 

Sean Crowley

Senior Project Coordinator

After completing his degree in Business and Construction Engineering at Temple University, Sean Crowley began his career with C & C in 2003. Sean’s role as a Project Engineer includes reviewing and distribution of shop drawings, maintaining project logs, and CAD overlay for coordination and phasing.

David Rakszawski

David Rakszawski

Senior Project Manager

David Rakszawski began his career with C&C in 2006 as a Project Engineer. Over the years, Dave has grown within the company, and now is a Senior Project Manager.  Dave is responsible for maintaining project schedules and budgets, setting goals and tracking project performance, developing comprehensive logistics plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor and has completed numerous training courses in order to maintain safe work sites for employees and wholesome living environments for clients and residents. Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Temple University.
