VINCENT P. CELENZA

Vincent Celenza has worked in the construction industry for over thirty years. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in construction engineering from Spring Garden College. Before founding C&C Construction, Vincent spent seven years working for Bachman Construction as an Estimator and Project Manager gaining experience in a variety of commercial buildings. Vincent’s passion for the industry inspired him to establish C&C Construction Mgmt., Inc. where he has spent over 24 years Building Managing, and Consulting.

 

GINA TRACY

Comptroller

From the beginning, Gina Tracy has contributed largely to the success of C & C Construction Management.  Gina began working in the industry in 1987, while attending PCC, she worked for Paskil Construction as an administrative assistant.  Through her experiences at Paskil, she gained experience in budgeting, scheduling, AIA documentation, payroll and taxes.  Gina is proficient in using Primavera and Expedition as well.  She has since taken on the role of Comptroller at C & C Construction and her skills, experiences, and proficiencies in preparing documentation for HUD, HMFA, and NJCRA play a vital role in the financial and accounting departments.

 

 

 

MEGAN MYERS

Project Coordinator/Estimator

Megan Myers began her career as an estimating assistant for Carroll Contractors in 1999.  She continued her career with Lovett Contracting and then moved on to the role of estimator with Metro Elevator.  She worked in estimating and took on the responsibilities of writing contracts as well as the accounts payable and receivable departments.  Megan began her career with C & C in 2004 where she continued to grow in her role as an estimator.  In 2009 Megan completed her degree at the Construction Estimating Institute.  She is now responsible for maintaining the FTP site, permit submissions, in-office project set-up, distribution of AIA contracts and meeting minutes, obtaining close out documents, coordinating equipment in-services, and marketing requirements.  Megan’s experiences and proficiencies in Excel, Expedition, and Primavera have made her a valuable member of our team.

 

 

SEAN CROWLEY

Project Engineer

After completing his degree at Temple University, Sean Crowley began his career with C & C Construction Management Inc., in 2003.  Before working with C & C, Sean gained experience through his education as he completed degrees in Business and Construction Engineering.  Sean’s role as a Project Engineer with C & C includes reviewing and distribution of shop drawings, maintaining project logs, and CAD overlay for coordination and phasing.  Sean continues to expand his role at C & C with his proficiencies with AutoCAD, Expedition, Primavera, and Revit and BIM software.

 

 

 

DAVID RAKSZAWSKI

Project Engineer

David Rakszawski completed his BS in Construction Engineering from Temple University in 2011.  While completing his degree David, spent time in a Co-op working with C & C gaining experience with estimating, procurement of materials, performing safety inspections, and handling RFIs and submittals using Primavera. Since completing his degree at Temple, Dave has taken on the responsibility of Project Engineer, scheduling subcontractors, overseeing the safety of all workers on the site, and communicating with the owners and facilities.  He has also completed certificates for Mold Prevention and Awareness Training, Environmental and Construction Safety, and Timberline Estimating Software Training.  David is also proficient in working with AutoCAD and Primavera.

 

 

FRANK STOLTZ

Senior Estimator

Frank Stoltz has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. He began his career working as a carpenter and moved up to a foreman while completing his Structural Design and Constructional Engineering degree at Penn State University. After completing his degree, Frank worked for The Whiting Turner Contracting Company, Capital Constructors, and Dale Corporation. During this time, he worked on projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region performing project management and estimating duties.

Frank is also passionate about sustainable construction and energy efficiency. Frank is a LEED AP as well as a Passive House Consultant.
