How We Work
C&C is constantly raising the bar. We believe the best approach to every project is to surround ourselves with reputable, reliable and experienced people, and that’s who we are. Our construction staff has worked together for over twenty years, and provides each client with all the necessary knowledge, experience and tools to communicate efficiently and effectively with each other and with field teams, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
Each of our projects is run by an experienced team, which includes a senior project manager, superintendent, and project coordinator.
Upon award of prime contracts, we prepare a schedule for the prime contractors’ review and input. Prior to beginning construction, we set up a preconstruction meeting to discuss required standard operating procedures, including but not limited to safety, OSHA regulations, work hours, parking, staging and the proper line of communication. We have three safety officers at C&C and we are proud of our safety record. Additionally, a C&C quality control officer is instructed to review our projects on a weekly basis to insure that we achieve the best quality on each and every project.
